  • Wide Filling Range
    The Response Benchtop Filler can be supplied with three standard interchangeable pump sets, allowing accurate filling across a broad volume range to suit different container sizes and product types. Pump cylinders feature an electropolished finish for improved hygiene and cleanability.
  • Flexible Product Feed Options
    Liquid products can be drawn directly from bulk containers via a suction hose and non-return valve. Thicker products, creams and pastes are fed from a hopper system, with multiple hopper sizes available to suit production requirements.
  • Interchangeable Nozzle Solutions
    A wide range of nozzles is available to accommodate different product viscosities and container dimensions. Options include swage tip nozzles, cut-off nozzles with tip sealing, and full-bore cut-off nozzles in multiple sizes, supporting clean, drip-free filling.
  • Compact & Convenient Design
    With a small benchtop footprint, the Response Benchtop Filler is ideal for facilities where space is limited. It is well suited to laboratories, pilot plants, batch production runs, start-ups and growing manufacturers.
  • Quick-Strip for Rapid Cleaning
    The machine fully strips down in as little as three minutes, significantly reducing downtime between product changes and supporting high hygiene standards.
  • Product & Container Flexibility
    Designed to handle liquids, oils, gels, creams, pastes and products containing particulates. Suitable for filling bottles, jars, tubes, vials, pots and similar containers.
  • Safe, Reliable & Scalable
    Available with one or two filling heads and interchangeable nozzles. Systems can start as semi-automatic and be upgraded for automation, including integration of up to four benchtop fillers on the Response Automation Base or the addition of capping via the Response Monobloc Filler/Capper. The filler can also be automated into larger systems such as form-fill-seal machines.
  • ATEX Configuration Available
    An ATEX-compliant version is available for use with products that may generate explosive mists or vapours, supporting safe operation in hazardous environments.

All product contact parts are manufactured from 316L stainless steel and virgin PTFE, with FDA-compliant materials used throughout. Standard sealing materials include FKM (Viton), with alternative seal options such as EPDM, silicone and FFKM available to suit specific product requirements.

Food-grade PVC suction hoses are used where applicable, and the machine鈥檚 quick-strip design allows fast, thorough cleaning to support strict hygiene protocols and minimise production downtime.
